The rice in one of our bowls was practically uncooked. And the steak in my bowl was more gristle and fat than meat. Plus I ordered an extra helping so I could share it with my puppies and there was no more in my bowl than there was in the other bowl. very disappointed with Chipotle at this point.

Most of the rice was hard in my burrito bowl and all but a couple of pieces of the steak were too fatty to eat.
Kid's Build Your Own was great. Got a different typeof rice and meat than the bowl for this with no issues.

Burrito was rolled properly. (A rare treat!) Salsa was delightfully hot. Other ingredients were fresh and delicious.

This Chipotle is known for making Togo orders and Dash/Uber orders ridiculously small sometimes burritos with even paid for extra meats are smaller than a child's fist, 1/2 pound or less at times. After numerous complaints and reaching out to corporate and filing complaints they are finally starting to make them bigger. Burrito was good and closer to regular walk in size, although brisket was not as good and flavorful as when it was first introduced, as with everything quality quickly drops off.
In person you get 1-2 pound burritos especially if you record them, but online if you order you get way less and get charged much more because there is an up charge of a few dollars on Dash and Uber. You would think they would give the people paying more, proper bigger portions. 20$ for a burrito? Chipotle should just stop the non-sense and games and just standardize all portions everywhere so people don't feel robbed.
