This was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I have encountered. It was my first and last through door dash. When I have previously ordered in person portions were generous, the person in line prior to me picking up my door dash the person making the bowl could hardly get the top on the portions were so generous. I ordered 3 Burrito Bowls. 1 chicken and 2 brisket, paying for extra ($7.50) brisket on one. Hardly any extra brisket. The rice was hard, asked for and paid for queso cheese and salsa there was none on the chickenBurrito Bowl. Just very disappointed after nearly paying $60. Customer service was good though.

Chicken was dry/overcooked/left in warming bin too long , rice is hard kinda dry and beans also kinda hard .. for $12 not worth it .. flavor is there .

Once again the chips are stale and they are not large as you can see in the picture. I will probably will never order from this Chipotle again. It's the worst.

I'm just going to be honest I had to unwrap my burrito to understand what was going on. I'm not even joking it was 90% burnt smelling rice with 7 pieces of steak in there. I can't explain how disrespected I feel. What really hurts me is that the 3 bites steak that I paid extra for btw were actually amazing. Never again.
