Wet well seasoned, but the rice was overcooked & lumpy. I'll probably order in store moving forward to supervise our bowls

This location is very hit or miss. You never know what you're going to get. NEVER order double protien, they will charge you for it, but give you less than normal (single) protien serving. I think it's because you're not in person and they don't care.

I always try to order ahead but last 4/5 times they have forgotten an entree . I understand it may happen from time to time but not EVERY time
