the ingredients are good, but this store never gets the order right. usually it is a missing ingredient in the Burrito Bowl but this time, the Three Tacos were the culprit. the shells were not even filled a quarter of the way and there was no sour cream. it's not THAT big a deal but it just seems like each order, we are just "making do" with what we received. for $16, I would expect a hard shell taco to have fillings filled full. Cmon. we can do better.

the beans in the burrito were severely undercooked!! as in some were literally hard & raw! the meat was a small scoop in 1 spot! I had to unwarp the burrito & use a fork to spread the little bit out! waaaay too much rice

lets start with the obvious my driver was late getting my food that was finished 45 mins before it was lucked up. My Burrito Bowl was basically empty. I ordered 2 Burrito Bowl . both about 2/5 of the way filled. literally was no rice and no where near the portion size I regularly receive when I Pickup.

They didnt take long cause they said it would be ready at 5:10 but it was ready at 5:02. But they is soo stingy with they food like i open up the bowl and there was a small amount smushed up together in the corner of the bawl and I paid $16 for a fulll -_-bowl

This Burrito Bowl was not full and was half empty. The food quality was poor I paid $14 for this Burrito Bowl that looked like a kids meal serving.
