I'm a fan of Chipotle, but today's Burrito Bowl was not as good as it's been. The brown rice was harder than usual and I could barely find bites of the Pastor Chicken. I'm now convinced I need to order in the store and not through DoorDash. Seems they skimp on the protein when you're not looking. This is the third bowl I've gotten and the meat portions have been smaller than what I received in the store.

I was very disappointed about the amount of Pastor Chicken added to bowl and the favor was not that good. It was like I got the last spoonful of chicken and there was no time to wait for the fresh pot. I've gotten this in store many times b4 and there is an obvious difference. I paid $20+ for my dash order, and around $15 for in store.

Everytime I order from here, something is missing. I ordered chips and queso, but only got queso. Same as the last time I ordered. My burrito was mostly rice with like 3 teaspoons full of chicken. I ended up throwing it away.

I love Chipotle, but tonight was very disappointing.Chips were burnt, didn't give me the brown rice I asked for, gave me white. Didn't hardly have in chicken in my bowl. Yall really have to do better. And I'm a loyal customer....c And to be totally honest the bowl was half full....

Constantly screw up simple orders such as adding the spiciest option of salsa when I wanted the mildest or finding leaves from the ground outside mixed into the guacamole which they barely give you any of. Worst chipotle I've ever been to. Expect to be disappointed.
