I opted for pickup, and they took almost 30 minutes to complete the order. I showed up at the restaurant 15 minutes after ordering, there was only one person in line, and 3 of us were waiting for pickup orders. The staff was all over the place and avoiding making orders. They had 10 minutes of no in-person customers and they still didn't complete orders. Staff was clearly upset at each other and no one wanted to greet or help us. When I finally received the order my Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco had dry chunks in it and it wasn't filled well. Then, my Side of Guacamole spilled in the bag. I wish they had put my order in 2 bags because it was clearly overfilled and it tore once I took it. Honestly, just the worst Chipotle and pickup experience.

Chipotle is great. Don't order the small chips and queso. Just not enough to be worth the money.
