I never order anything spicy, yet lately my food is so spicy, I can't eat it. Do they spice the rice? beans? Really disappointed, especially with such high prices now. Also, the meat was nothing but fat and gristle and I asked for cheese and got maybe about 1/2 tsp worth. Definitely NOT worth the money.

The bowl was ok. Not great. Unfortunately, I find that unless you watch them make it in-store, they just slap it together with seeming indifference. And, for $3.50 xtra for guacamole, the addition was pretty meager.

Both grain Grain Freedom Bowl that we ordered were full of rotten, slimy lettuce. We each took a few bites of what we could salvage but ultimately ended up throwing it away. So disappointing and horribly expensive for a meal of just chips and queso/guac that we ate.

Burrito bowl had like no meat in it I would expect more meat if I'm paying 20 dollars for a burrito bowl. The Burrito was way smaller than usual barely any meat and rice almost all tortilla

QuesadillaChips & Queso Blanco everything was great, except for the the salad had only 2 or 3 pieces of lettuce.
