I usually never have any complaints about Chipotle but this time the bowls were half full (the pic is after we shook it up with the lid and you can see how small the portion is compared to the bowl. Rice was hard, very disappointing.

Got the Burrito Bowl with steak. Felt like the steak could've been better. Luckily, it was half steak & barbacoa. Barbacoa was 10/10!
Also got the Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco. The cup of cheese does not seem "large". it's in a SMALL container. Would not get that again bc of how small it is

I will never order Chipotle again through DoorDash or Uber. This is the second time I ordered a chicken and rice bowl, and the issue is with Chipotle, not the drivers or apps. I've had bad experiences with Chipotle's employee customer service, as they may not read the order instructions.

Beans too spicy, guacamole had too much salt and onions, and the meat was too dry. Drink is pricey
