They mess up every time and they're understaffed. Also they charge $3.50 more then the other chipotle I usually go to and it's only 30 mins away from each other

I ordered two bowls and paid for extra steak $5 and extra chicken $4 and honestly both the bowls were not even filled to the brim of the bowl. A very disappointing experience and certainly not worth the $47 I paid

I ordered a carnitas Burrito Bowl with extra chicken. The bowl I got is rice beans lots of lettuce with 4 so far pieces of chicken and no carnitas. They did at least gave me both Tortilla on the Side I ordered.

The bowls were almost half way empty I'm extremely disappointed in how much was actually in there as I been here in person and did not receive the same amount of food in the bowl compared to now.

Barly no chicken. I got this before and last time and it happened. Now it's just not a coincidence. My fajitas are raw not cooked at all cut into huge pieces and chips stale.
