I ordered a burrito bowl and my rice was crunchy??? It wasnt super full either and there wasnt much guac despite paying the extra add on price for it.

I ordered a Burrito Bowl with extra chicken, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, corn, black beans, and brown rice but when I received my food there was very little sour cream and not even close to the usual amount you would if you ordered the regular portion of chicken. The lettuce took up majority of the bowl and the black beans were overall unappetizing, not to mention the time it took to prepare the food also took WAY too long; I had to wait an hour before my dasher could even pick it up.

all my husband did was mix it around, but when we go in person his bowl is always over filled. after ordering delivery, this is how we got his bowl. pid $7 for extra steak to get almost nothing. bowl looked sad when we opened it

Very disappointed. I ordered 2 bowls and a kids meal. I waited over an hour for the food and the order was wrong. The meats were wrong and toppings were mixed between the two meals. We even paid extra for specific toppings and meat. These bowls are too expensive to be receiving the wrong item with little meat inside.

I always love the steak burrito today was no different it was delicious, but today I only had four pieces of steak in my burrito it was majority fat pieces and no meat :c, it was still really good though.
