While the Chai Tea Latte was fine... how is an Everything Bagel Sandwich that turns out to be slightly larger than a mini bagel, $6.69! Seriously, it was smaller in width than my coffee lid. Had I understood the size I would not have ordered it. Bummer.

Everything Bagel Sandwich was very small for $6 , bread was very chewy and rubbery . Egg was yummy and so was the susage . Chai Tea Latte was very sweet but still good

Smoothie was suppose to be full mango. Upon taste and hue strawberry was mixed with mango Smoothie. I'm allergic to strawberry, experiencing hives and swollen tongue. usually items are great here but I'm disappointed to have paid for a smoothie that I'm allergic too.Lemon Poppy Seed Bread was fine.

Ordered twice this morning a Vanilla sugar-free chai. They used spiced Chai and added coffee. This happened on both orders. I drove to the shop and brought both wrong orders. They said they have no managers on duty for a group of seven employees. I talked to one, and she stated they were made the same way as always. I said no, they weren't because I had been ordering them for the last two weeks. And these were obviously different. It's much darker in color and the espresso taste. She would not refund but said she would she me how in the app. She looked through the app and, after five mins, said she didn't know how to get a refund. So I took one of the messed up drinks to a kiosk of City Brew. They made the drink correctly, and I returned with it to their store. They proceeded to tell me they made it wrong and sent it out without notifying me of their substitutions. I stated that's why I wanted a refund. Because I didn't get what I ordered.
