Prime Rib sandwich was amazing. It was a legit thick piece of prime rib. Was very happy with my purchase.

we love when we can order from cloud 9. but tonight's meal was lackluster. cheese balls and fries were undercooked, no ranch we purchased came with the meals. and meat was lacking flavor. we will be back, but tonight wasn't the best.

I was too hungry & forgot.to take a pix. It was good. Hot & freshly made. I forgot to ask for no swiss on samitch. That's on me.I read the reviews and was sold on inch thick slab of Prime Rib
I received 1/8 -1/4 cut of meat. like I said it was good even with the chz bun was fresh & soft Auju was hit & tasty along with huge order of hot fresh fries. I didn't get my breaded mushrooms at all and for 9$ that's a bummer. I got the Mac n chz bites. Hot & fresh. I've never had them. I didn't care for them but that's on me too! Overall it was hot Fresh & big servings. I will definitely order from Cloud 9 again! I want my Breaded Mushrooms! 😆

my Philly Cheese Steak minus pepper and onions was delightful, but the au jus was missing that is requested. but still was tasty! 10/10

I edited my order to be more of a fresh dip [removed pepper onions, added au jus on the side] and OMG, seriously cloud 9 had the best French dips In town!
