Ice cream is always amazingly good but this was the third order I've made from them and my side order of waffle bowls or cones were not in the bag. Im talking 5to 8 cones or bowls at over 1.25$ a piece.

It's always something with this store. I received my icecream with literally all the brownies on the bottom and plain icecream from the middle to the top meaning they didn't bother mixing for the everybody's size I was supposed to receive (it was about 1/3 empty) My daughter wanted icecream and I didn't feel like driving, however I will drive tos different location next time.

On the "create your own creation" in Love It size: Barely filled half the cup; lucky if it was a Like It size. Freezer burnt, ice crystals, bottom of the pan garbage. Coldstone has failed at this location on so many levels its not even funny. Order hasnt been right, or of decent quality in months. Shift managers do not even have ability to provide refunds when they send you the incorrect quantity or item! I am fed up with this location. They do not care about to-go orders through door dash or their own app!

DO NOT get whipped cream. Really upset because they made my shake half whipped cream and half shake. (The whipped cream went down past the dome lid all the way to the center of the cup itself.)

The store did not have one of the items Coffeehouse Crunch™ - Ready Now, so instead I was given a second Cake Batter Batter Batter™ Pre-packed Quart. For the record, I called to check on this once told they did not have the size I ordered, they did have the larger version of the cake but stated they could not change this in my order despite my willingness to pay the extra fee for the cake. The ice cream is still tasty, though absolutely needed to spend time in the freezer upon receipt.
