Once again, I received an incomplete order. “Incomplete” because both 1/2 gallon :mix & go” containers were not filled to the brim. Instead they were both partially filled, about 3/4 full. Their ice-cream tastes great but it’s expensive. Thus, it’s a great disappointment to only receive a partially filled order, especially when you have 10 children waiting excitedly to have a decent amount of ice-cream to eat along with a birthday cake.

Always stealing from customers. Missing the expensive add ins almost every time. Or if they're out of an add in you ordered they add a different one. No regard for allergies, they dont tell you they're swapping out ingredients. Today was the 3rd time ordering a 16oz and receiving an 8oz cup...but I was charged for the 16oz.

Cold Stone Creamery did a wonderful job in mixing and filling both containers to the brim. Prior orders had deficiencies in that they were not filled up to brim but instead were only 2/3 to 3/4 filled.

I've ordered from here a few times and I dont know why I keep thinking it will be different. The toppings are extremely light. I even pay for extra in the hopes it will be a normal amount. Then on this latest order, I ordered a medium but received a small cup sitting inside a medium cup. And again only the tiniest amount of toppings. I hate doing negative reviews but management should be aware. Just because someone orders online the quality shouldn't be lesser than in store. Ive always had great experiences in store. Thanks
