I seriously always get the vegan ice cream, but I thought I'd Branch out a little bit and try something new. In general I like banana pudding, but I didn't have High Hopes because of Jello in the title it made me assume the flavor would be artificial tasting. Boy was I shocked! My order had the consistency of Cool whip. It was not an ice cream consistency at all. This literally tastes and feels like banana flavored Cool Whip. I had chocolate cake added in and it is so to die for! .. I highly recommend if a banana fan.

Ordered small and medium serving cups. Ice cream tasted fine, but not sizes ordered for the cost. Two small cups servings were delivered. Both cups were filled just to the rim, when normally you can hardly take the lid off. Disappointed.

It took a bit of time fo the driver to recieve the order and being that the order is sent prior to the driver showing up I feel they should not have to wait. I ordered a straw shake with stawberries and I found no chunks of berry in the shack. The shake was also on the thinner side.

Even though the outside of my quart-sized packaging was messy with ice cream (which I get because they are creating the mixture on the cold stone and then putting into into the container), I will still always give them five stars for how amazing this place is. I feel like docking them a star for not having Butterfingers as a mix-in, but that would be selfish and unfair. This place makes a amazing desserts and you should definitely order if you want quality ice cream with toppings/mix-ins!
