Dbl Boulder Burger bun was stiff and dry around the edges.
Both meat patties over cooked(dog liked it)
Fries were over cooked as well.(dark brown)
I used to splurge and spend the extra here to get the best burgers and fries.
Times have changed unfortunately.

Great value, good taste and decent prices. But I must admit this order was recently placed the beef and the burger is getting a bit hard to chew. It's just not the quality that they once had and I understand market supplies and stuff but on the other hand, the salad was absolutely delicious as usual all those ingredients are fresh, including the Romain lettuce, which I truly appreciate.

Nothing tasted fresh. The buns were super dry and the meat was also dry and hard. The only good items were the curly fries and onion rings. The steak fries have no seasoning either. Not worth the money.
Customer service was great. Everyone was friendly and pick up was fast easy.
