• DoorDash orderCaptain Al: Mostly a big pile of rice. Hardly any etouffee. The catfish was tasty but soggy. Seafood Gumbo : Also mostly rice. Couldn't really taste it bc it was so diluted by the rice. Only seafood in it was shrimp.
