love the crumbl in parker. The cookies are airways always fresh and taste great. Valentine line up was amazing!

The cookies are huge! I really enjoy with biscoff cookie and I liked the basic chocolate chip one but the strawberry cupcake one was awful. It's too sweet and really tart. The banana caramel is also yummy but it's not warm and gooey like the others.

I don't understand the hype at all. Cookie size is appropriate for the price but they are very dense and covered in a very thick layer of a strange icing. I tried the strawberry, pumpkin and sugar cookies. Couldn't make it past 2 bites each definitely won't be returning

The cookies were great. The service not so much. I arrived 30+ minutes after they said it would be ready. They were not ready. It was busy and the girls were working hard so I give them tons of credit for that but when I asked about my doordash order she said it hadn't shown up yet and then ignored me. After waiting for everyone else to get their cookies, I was able to get her attention and again asked about my order. Finally got mine albeit with someone else's name attached.... they said it was for me. In all I spent an extra 30min in the store when status said ready. Not ideal when you have loved ones waiting in the car. No apology or even acknowledgment of the mishap. I've never experienced anything like that when ordering directly from Crumbl. Doordash users beware.
