We have ordered from this fine establishment a few times now, becoming regulars and we have to say; in all of our years of life lol we have NEVER had such AMAZING cookies in our lives! I've personally lived in 5 states, always had bakeries in my area, been to high end wedding receptions but Crumbl cookies are heaven sent! When I've called them regarding an order they were so kind and polite with me & the way our country is right now with no one wanting to work, customer service mainly a thing of the past, professionalism rare, this Crumbl in Clarksville, Tennessee is a gem 💎 thank you for being one of the very few businesses that actually give a damn of how they run their place, the quality of their products, how they are known in their communities, caring about who they hire and also giving back to their loyal customers as after 2 or 3 times of ordering, I got $10 of Crumbl cash towards my next purchase!

OMG, those brownie cookies are to die for. Moist, Chocolatey, mouth-watering. Add some ice cream and you have a full meal. I highly recommend them.

The cookies at this location are often undercooked even by Crumbl standards. The strawberry milk cookie was so underdone that it turned to mush when I cut it and tasted like raw flour.

I'm not sure if it is because our order was placed after 8p so close to closing time but all of our cookies were doughy. They needed more time cooking. The s'mores cookie had a half melted marshmallow blob on top. The lemon cookie didn't have much powdered sugar. It definitely wasn't worth the money we paid.
