Ive gotten cookies from here before, but this time my cookie came in a super dirty box both outside and inside. The box was sticky. Almost as if the employees touched the box with dirty gloves. My cookie was also completely melted. It looks raw even. I honestly didnt even want to try it or eat it.

I think they should be more descriptive that the happy birthday "gift wrap" that costs $1 extra is just a sticker!!

I have never had so many delicious cookies. I have no way to pick a favorite. My daughter and I take forks and take a bite of each.
We go one cookie at a time, judging each one only to find that each one is different and as tasty as the last! ❤️

Put in an order for party boxes 3 hours ahead when I went to pick it up was told they could not fill the order. No one bother to notify me in advance. Then they tried to refundme and coul figure out how to they saw the order but couldn't find it for a return. First time ordering from this place no longer interested on what the hype is.
