Crumbl has been so hit or miss lately, especially with the tres leches cakes. The biscoff one I ordered when it first came out late last year was phenomenal. Great amount of the tres leches in the cake. Second time they have it on the menu in January and I order through DD or even go in to the actual store and there's no tres leches in the cake again. It's just plain cake. No big deal but with the up charge for getting this and not to mention they market it as tres leches has been so misleading and disappointing.

recently cookies have been so flat theyre overlapped and broken in the box. they also come rock solid and cold. i know some are supposed to be chilled but gotta be able to bite the cookie. the cuyahoga falls location never had these issues.

The Brownie Batter cookie was great. It was cooked perfectly. The chocolate chip cookies and the sugar cookie was quite doughy and quite undercooked.

I ordered a four pack with a peppermint cupcake cookie and they literally replaces it without telling me. They put a honeybun cookie by the way which I do not want. They also brought my cookies unchilled and unheated. Also all of the cookies tasted dry and stale. These are honestly the worst cookies I've ever gotten from crumbl, they literally taste worse than grocery store cookies. I mean to be honest I would like a refund because I don't know who's eating these cookies but it's not me.
