Ordered several hours in advance for scheduled pickup. Wasn't ready. They hadn't checked the online orders. Zero urgency or apology. The cookies however, were amazing. Best to just stand in line in person.

Everything was intact and the cookies were the correct temperature that is stated in the cookie description. (Chilled; cool cookies & other than that they were warm)
