one cookie was missing , the other cookies were hard , broken , & the icing was all over the other flavors.

Both the milk and strawberry cookie tasted spoiled. Like the cream had been left out. the milk had a sour odor as well.

I got a three pack of cookies for 20$. They were good, but unnaturally small. A few months ago, they were huge. Tell me why three SMALL cookies cost me 20$. Nothing wrong with my dasher, but I think I've lost all respect for crumbl, because even if they sucked, and weren't good for you, Atleast the portions were worth the heart disease.

Very poor presentation! The frosting was only in the center of the cookie and not out to the edges as advertised. Not what expected from Crumbl. The cookie was a little crisp on the edges but tasted ok. If this was my first experience with Crumbl I probably wouldn't go back.
