We were truly disappointed with our recent Crumbl Cookies experience. We ordered a 6-pack of their smaller cookies through DoorDash, and the size was shockingly underwhelming. At $15, we anticipated a more substantial product, expecting each cookie to be at least half the size of the originals. Instead, they were barely bigger than the pre-cut Pillsbury cookies you’d find at the store.
The smaller size feels like a scam; the value simply didn’t match the cost. It’s hard to justify such a steep price when the portions seem so skimpy. We understand that businesses need to make a profit, but the markup on these felt excessive. If Crumbl continues down this path, it’s difficult to see the company retaining its customer base for long.
