Cookies were okay. Sold out again of what we wanted, but ordered what they had anyways. Waited way too long for three $5 cookies in a box. Way later than pickup time in app. Why are pickup orders not on the pickup board? Unnecessarily chaotic.

Ordered three minis, one chocolate chunk, one sugar shark, one snicker doodle cupcake. Got the sugar shark and two confetti (which I didnt order at all). Can't put three cookies into a box ?

Poor delivery, but worse customer service. Did not receive a full refund for this mistake. Cookies were not the ones I selected.
