It was delivered fresh and hot, which was great! I ordered the Patty Melt and Matzo Ball Soup, and both were very very bland. A suggestion would be if you do not season the food, maybe deliver with salt and pepper packets so the customer can add some flavor.

Bacon was soggy and not cooked and didn't make sandwiches with correct bagels selected. Awful.
