The pretzel sticks were rock solid. My soda was just soda water. And the ice cream was completely melted. I'm really not one to usually complain and I wasn't going to say some thing till I drank my soda and it was pure soda water no syrup.

My food was cold and soggy and my blizzard was very watery BUT I just refroze it and ate it and OMG there was heath pieces in every bite it was delicious

The 2 Blizzards I got tasted like mint ice cream and that's not what I ordered as you can see by my order.
