The chicken strips were burnt, fries were old and the bread was soaked in butter and literally not even toasted at all..just bread soaked in butter.

My first complaint is the fact that I spent quite a bit of money for my food tonight and some of that money includes the extra toast I paid for that seem to have just been completely neglected to have been put in my basket, anytime I've ordered from here through DoorDash. My fries are disgustingly, soggy and cold, as if they've been just sitting out for the entirety of the day, my gravy is thick and clumpy and cold I ordered a little bit before close but while they were still taking orders clearly, but by the time I got my order they were already closed so it's not like I could just call up there to give them my complaint and I feel that if I tried to call up there tomorrow, they would use an excuse that they couldn't help either because it was about an order made the night before or because it was a DoorDash order instead of taking accountability and fixing the situation this is the last time I ordered from them because each time that something like this has happened I've just blown it off and thought that maybe the next time would be better but clearly that is just the optimistic mind set in me trying to rationalize their terrible service. And I can only give my suggestion, but for what it's worth I literally would never order from this restaurant ever because it's just gonna be a complete waste of your money and I'm basically just throwing it down the drain, which is kind of crazy to do especially since DQ is not the cheapest. I do wanna add that only reason why there's one piece of toast in the box is because I ate with one of the pieces (it usually comes with 2, I ordered extra so it should've had 4). I wouldn't even give a star if it would let me submit my review without one

I ordered the blizzard with added items brownie to the New! Peach Cobbler BLIZZARD® Treat and it was great but the note said to make the blizzard with chocolate ice cream and it wasnt read by the staff. Disappointing.

For one, ordered an extra side of toast which was over a dollar and they didn't even bother to give me that and I don't even know how I'm supposed to even go about this when they're closed, and I ordered shortly before I closed so by the time I got my order it wouldn't have mattered because they would've still been closed by that point as well. Secondly, obviously my order was over Door Dash so I already know how they'll probably try to play it. And lastly, My fries felt like they were just sitting all night long and obviously reheating them in the microwave literally does nothing but make them worse in the gravy felt like the same, cold as hell. And I really wouldn't complain. Most of the time be considering I'm paying almost $30 for a fry basket and a small blizzard and this is what I get it. That's ridiculous. I don't like leaving reviews, but it seems like every single time I order from Dairy Queen in Troy IL my food is always disgusting. I would not recommend ordering from this store because I could almost guarantee you will be disappointed. By the way, I live less than 10 minutes from Dairy Queen so therefore that tells me that it's not a problem with how long it takes for the delivery driver to get here and that it's a problem with the store itself. I will no longer be ordering from them again.

food and service was good as always & expected but was shorted 1 small blizzard resulting in a disappointed Kid but was issued credit to somewhat make-up for it .would have preferred replacement. otherwise satisfied with experience.
