toast was very hard, chicken strips almost burnt, no caramel or whipped cream in my shake. do better Dairy Queen because usually I have a much better experience than this. The food isn't cheap, so it should definitely have not been like this.

Side salad was only a bit of lettuce and a few slices of tomato. The plastic lid on my ranch was also melted on both sides.

Pretzel Sticks with Zesty Queso was missing queso, pretzels were drenched in butter and completely coated in salt. Chicken Strip Basket was good just cold and the cheese curds weren't crispy. overall super disappointed with the food for how much it cost. Crunchin' Cookie BLIZZARD® Treat was good but nothing special.

Only one pancake was cooked all the way through. The other two pancakes had better in them. The purpose for my order was to get the pancakes. The last time they cooked them,they were perfect. I guess they were in a hurry this time.
