Both the Breakfast Biscuit and the Biscuits & Gravy had extremely dry biscuits. The sandwich was so overly dry that it crumbled, making eating almost impossible. The flavor was good though. The gravy was good, but there was way too little of it. The small amount of gravy along with the very dry biscuits made that dish less than enjoyable. The chocolate malt could have had more of a malty flavor, but it was okay. The delivery was well done.The food was what was lacking, but I'll go back to one of my faves again to try the foods I loved for years.

I should canceled it when my driver said he walked in to the staff being asleep. The fish Wild Alaskan Fish Sandwich had no sauce or lettuce, the cheese curds were burnt & the sauces on the Backyard Bacon Ranch Signature Stackburger™ Combo were small splotches that didn't cover the burger.

I customized my blizzard and it was made perfectly but was not a full cup. Maybe not even half way full. Very disappointing.
