Our ice cream was great, but it took DQ 30 min to begin working on our order. Our first dasher canceled because she had been waiting for over 20 min!

Something was very wrong with the Confetti Cake BLIZZARD® Treat and the HEATH® BLIZZARD® Treat . Tasted very stale. We love ice cream and will generally deal with anything and had to throw away.

the Pretzel Sticks with Zesty Queso was nasty the sticks were too dry with really no salt and a sauce with too thick

Dairy Queen needs to mark the flavors of their Blizzards. Ours got mixed up because they looked similar. It would have taken them five seconds!
