Casarecce Al Pesto is beyond delicious!!! Mezzemaniche All' Amatriciana was perfection and the Gnocchi Alla Sorrentina was THE BEST I've ever had. Highly recommend all 3!! You can add more to your pasta if you want. They also have "create your own" pasta. This way you can choose whatever you like! The ingredients were fresh and the pasta is delicious!! We got this delivered and it was like we were sitting in the restaurant. 5 out of 5 stars!!

Cacio e Pepe is supposedto be simple and tasty pasta. Even in their listing ingredients is only 4. But what I received is like an alfredo pasta with lots of cream. Its floating in white creamy sauce. This is no longer cacio e pepe. Look at the photo of my pasta and cacio e pepe from different websites. Far from my pasta.

I di not like it at all. The sauce is bland. I had to add more heavy cream and cook it down to thicken so that I may have enough sauce for it. I did add salt because no taste at all.
I had better ones and also I won't be ordering anymore sorry!

Both the Casarecce Al Casarecce Al Pomodoro and Focaccia Barese are excellent. I recommend getting the truffle shavings on the pasta. The Focaccia Barese has a fantastic texture.
