We order cheese steaks from the world famous Portillos in Chicago from time to time...but I'd say Dank Beef is just as good, and it's right here in our back yard! The only shop focusing on cheese steaks in Eugene. I hope they get the support they need to stick around for a long time!

The dank beef was nice and flavorful. It was juicy and the bun has a nice chew. I wish the sandwich had jardinaire I don't think it should be an extra charge with this type of sandwich

I saw the post on Reddit about trying this place from the owner and decided to give them a second shot. My order was done much more quickly this time and arrived hot. I was surprised to see the cheese sauce that I got with the { Pretzel Sticks {3} & Dip {1} were cold. { The OG } was terrific but bread to filling ratio could use a little work or could maybe use some more au jus to soften up the inside a bit more to make it a more manageable size for eating.
