These sausages were fantastic! The sauerkraut, caramelized onions and Bavarian mustard were a perfect compliment. I would've preferred to have had them on a bun, but they only gave me one and I couldn't chose which one to have as a sandwich.

My first time trying both schnitzel and spaetzle. So good! It was perfectly complimented by the mushroom sauce, lemon, and the ligonberry jam. The spaetzle was like a German macaroni & cheese.

I grew up with German food and this was spot on. The portions were very good so my mom and I could split the sausage plate. Next time I will try something else for comparison. It's nice to have a German restaurant near me.

Wet food delivered in a paper serving container. It had soaked through and integrated with the packaging. When I took it out of the bag the bottom fell out and it became a mess of garbage. Also their "hand squeezed" lemonade is not. It's Minute Made.

We order from Das Bierhauz every week! The bratwurst, pretzels, hummus, sauerkraut, and feta salad with grilled chicken are our favorites! Hard to find an "Imbiss" in the US!
