Saturday morning, cold outside and craving a carboload. Ordered the 2 for 1 BUILD YOUR OWN GRAND SLAM It was awesome! Two pancakes, regular bacon, turkey bacon, and hash brown potatoes. Bacon was crisp, potatoes nicely cooked and pancakes delicious. We haven't been to Dennys Brantford since it first opened, but we decided to give it a try again, as we heard it had improved tremendously. After today's breakfast, we would definitely order/go again 😋

I'm sad to say the consistency here is poor. The first time we ordered it was great. That is the reason we ordered again. Today it was ice cold even though it was delivered promptly. I understand it wont be hot but it was like it was in the fridge. The 2/4 slices of toast were burnt and the ones that weren't burnt seemed stale. The hashbrowns were also very greasy, overdone and dark brown, more like crispy straws. To me when you send out burnt toast it just shows that you don't care. Takes a couple minutes to throw 2 slices in the toaster. It's a Wednesday at 11am so I doubt there was a huge rush. Hope you take the feedback to improve moving forward.

I paid almost $10 for the “creamy oven baked macaroni and cheese” JR MAC & CHEESE and it was literally Kraft Dinner. I paid almost $10 for less than a $2 box of Kraft Dinner. Not what they advertised in the photo. I was ripped off and doordash will not refund.
