food was cold, and they took triple the time to prepare it. French Toast Slam was burned on one side. BYO Grand Slam one pancake had old burned pieces of other pancakes. I have personally gone to this store thousands of times and never had such a bad experience.

They tend to keep the Dasher waiting for the order. Today, the strawberry syrup got all over my scrambled eggs. I think the store was very sloppy preparing this today. French toast was also flooded in whipped cream.

The sandwich was burnt and the French fries undercooked and greasy,... I dont understand the change in quality from dining in and delivery from this particular restaurant,....
