The past couple times I've gotten the Spicy California Roll, the Spicy Tuna Roll and the Dynamite Roll (8 Pieces) and all of them are so delicious! Every time it comes so fresh and I'm not a big ginger fan but the ginger they include with their sushi is so good and compliments the sushi really well. I've recently tried the Beef Udon Noodles and they were immaculate! 100% recommend you give them a try. The portion size for the udon noodles was really good as well!

The food is great, fresh and tasty BUT... I wish Diamond Sushi would devein their shrimp for their rolls. This is our second time ordering and although the food is great, both times the shrimp has not been cleaned properly. It's unappealing and the reason I wouldnt order again; the vein goes too far into the shrimp to be able to pull off with the tail.

Shrimp Tempura Maki Rolls were amazing. We always get more than one order. Edamame was great , just seemed like a smaller portion than usual .
