The Crispy Rice Spicy Salmon is my favorite!! Not too spicy but made with care and always arrives STILL CRISPY! Everything Chef Jae does is exceptional and handled with so much love. Would give 10/10 if I could!!

Highly recommend for someone looking for top tier quality. Such beautiful presentation. I ordered the Spicy Salmon Roll, Edamame, and Seaweed Salad, and everything was incredible. The spicy salmon roll melts in your mouth. The edamame was seasoned just right, and the seaweed salad was crisp and full of flavor. Definitely will be ordering again to try new things

This might be one of the most underrated restaurants in Las Vegas. Chef Jae is a up and coming star, and is always there personally greeting guests and bringing their food out. Never would have expected this quality from a ghost kitchen model.
Any of the Hidden Gem boxes are amazing, slight preferance to Tuna but you can't miss in how you order really. Everything from the Otoro to Miso soup is outstanding. Slightly pricey but you understand it once seeing and tasting the quality.
