The food from this restaurant is amazing. Had the Don 10. 후라이드 양념 치킨 / Fried Special Don Sauce Chicken twice and its sooo delicious.

The fried Don chicken was good and the chicken was a lot bigger than I thought it would be. The boneless chicken was disgusting and inedible, slimy, with weird taste. The fries were soggy but probably because they were Togo. The salad was weird and inedible... it was iceberg lettuce with a couple cherry tomatoes and a lot of big hunks of a potato!!! And ranch dressing... who put potato hunks in a salad???? So bad

Ordered #10 and #11 (the Fried Spicy Don Sauce and Fried Soy Sauce Chicken) at around 7pm, and it was ready when we went to go pick it up at 7:30. We did a half order for each flavor. It smelled delicious, but we were immediately disappointed when we dug in. The skin beneath the sauce was extremely rubbery, and the meat inside was pretty dry. We also didn't have many bone-in pieces, but with the 2-3 pieces that we managed to scavenge, it wouldn't have saved the meal. The soy sauce glaze was alright, but the actual crust of the chicken was kind of tough. Ditto for the spicy Don sauce; it didn't have too much of a kick. For the price that it is, I wouldn't go back for their chicken.

What I got from Don Chicken looked nothing like what was shown. I recieved baked chicken wings coated in a honey glaze which did not look like the item shown in photos. Avoid! Item #7 7. 매콤하니 치킨 사 / Spicy & Honey Chicken. Very deceiving.

I ordered Oven Spicy Legs, Spicy Corn Baked legs, and Oven Special Don Sauce legs. Someone from the restaurant called me to tell me they were completely out of legs. It was just after 5:00 PM so how could they already be completely out of anything?
Because I was pumped about Don Chicken opening so close to my neighborhood and I wanted to try a variety of their flavors, I agreed to wings instead. I was majorly disappointed, especially after all of the good reviews I’d read.
I think the prices are too high for the amount provided, especially for lowly wings.
None of the chicken was very spicy.
None of the wings were crispy, not even close. All of the wings, of all three varieties, were a kind of tan color under the sauces and the skin was thick and rubbery. I could see the the little feather holes in the skin. Between that, the color, and the gelatinous, rubbery, chewy thick hunks of skin, I was grossed out. I put all of them in the oven to improve them so that I could eat them, but if I'd wanted to cook, I’d not have ordered out.
The combination of too high prices for so few chicken wings; completely out of legs at the start of the traditional dinner hour; and undercooked, thick, gelatinous skins does not even warrant two stars. Nevertheless, I am giving two stars this time because the place is new and they may just be going through “newly opened" pains, and because they called me to tell me they were out of the legs so I could decide what to do.
I will give them another chance by going into the place to see if their fried legs and wings look any better than their oven wings did. I will not order delivery again without doing that, though, because just thinking about what I received last time makes me feel queasy. I will have to see appetizing chicken in front of me to get past that.
If the chicken does look appetizing I will try again, and if I am provided improved product I will update my review. I hope they do improve because I want them to succeed.
