THIS STORE PROVIDES SUB-PAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They refuse to answer their phone and on numerous occasions they have sent me items that are made incorrectly. I would highly suggest ordering from the Eagle Square Dunkin instead.

Every time I order an Iced Cappuccino the cup is NEVER fully filled. I understand that due to the foam you can't fill it up to the brim of the cup but come on. You can do definitely do better than this.

I have ordered this coffee on 3 different occasions as a small, and they are not filling the cup up. There is supposed to be a small amount of foam at the top of the cup, and the rest should be filled with coffee. This store is NOT filling my cup up all the way. I had to stop ordering the smalls that I normally order and start ordering mediums, and now they are doing the same exact thing with the mediums. They are actually filling the mediums up less. I attempted to contact the store before ordering, and no one answered. This happened the last time I ordered, too. If you can't order from this Dunkin in person I would STAY FAR AWAY !!!!

The sticker that goes above, the straw whole was completely stuck. There would not come off when I finally got it off I had to go to the sink and try to scrub the rest of the sticky part off. It was like a piece of gum was stuck to the top of the cup. I get it is for sanitation purposes but it's disgusting when it doesn't come off.
