When I order through the drive through things are always good, but Lattes are never the same when they are delivered. They are usually significantly less beverage (I understand a small change for transport, but this was beyond that. There is also always significantly less flavoring added. I love Dunkin Lattes usually, but they have been consistently disappointing when ordered for delivery.

I ordered a medium latte with less ice, my drink is three quarters of the way full, I also ordered plain bagel bites and got everything ones instead. I called about the drink not knowing I got the wrong food but they said theyll send something in the mail so thanks for that

Supposed to have 5 half slices of bacon on my sandwhich. Had one piece of bacon broke into 3 very small pieces. Was also supposed to have tomato slices. Sandwich had 3 tiny pices of tomato half the size of my pinky. Basically, I had toast with avocado on it and I paid way too much for it!! So disappointed.

They didn't have any of the Half Dozen Donuts that I ordered so my Dasher did message me to ask about substitions I told himthat was fine, but ididnt expect to not get anything close to what I wanted. All I got was six very stale heart shaped powered donuts. Not happy.
