Everything tasted good and was hot on arrival but the bagel had barely enough cream cheese for one half of it, let alone both sides.

Everytime I get a wake up wrap the sausage is hard like it's been left out for too long or cooked too much. I used to be an avid dunkin customer but the quality has gone downhill. Snack bacon is also too greasy, but still not hot somehow.

I asked for extra cream and my coffee was very dark. My bagel bites barely had any cream cheese and the consistency of the cream cheese was very weird and disgusting
