it was end of day when I ordered and so I wasn't surprised when I received a call from Dunkin that they were out of most of what I ordered. The employee was very pleasant and apologized for not having my requests but did offer other options. everything was perfect. thank you

I ordered a pistachio mocha French vanilla latte and I could hardly taste any of the flavors. it's always way different when I actually go UP there to order compared to ordering through this app cuz it taste bad Everytime but only when I order it Iced Latte

Cheated me out of an apple fritter! Paid for 4 but onkygot 3. Normal for the people that run the Duncan Donuts around here. I really dont like buying from them but they have the best apple fritters.
