They don't care about your order or cooking your food. I ordered a Grilled Cheese and the bread wasn't even toasted or grilled. Just a cheese sandwich. I ordered 6 Hash Browns and only got 1 order. The assortment of MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats (20) Were all powdered donuts. They added donuts to my order, I didn't order donut. Disappointed. I won't order from Dunkins again.

although the latte and sandwich were fine the hash browns were disappointing. They were cold and they literally only gave me 4 pieces.

If would have good if they'd followed my directions if I had wanted unsweetened tea I would have ordered it I was disappointed with the enire meal. I ordered Bacon Egg and Cheese bagel it would have been good if there had been bacon.

I did not receive the Ham & Swiss Pretzel Slider at all. The Cinnamon Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread wasn't toasted.
