Both bagel sandwiches were burnt and the Coolatta was half melted and had a big chunk of ice. This is the second order the the exact same problem except for the big chunk of ice.

Store has probably become under staffed. Didnt give the dasher the donuts. Dasher returned and they tried to throw them in a bag. She made them box them. Quality of tge donuts must have come from being stuffed in a bag. They were nit very assorted. Never had this issue during the week

This is my first time trying Dunkin Breakfast and this will be the last, sandwich was not toasted and thrown together, eggs unseasoned and Lukewarm. The munchkin donut holes were supposed to be assorted and the whole bag is blueberry.
