i've ordered a few times from dunkin and had an issue more times than i haven't had an issue. ordered a half dozen and a 10 pack of MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats and ended up with two 10 packs of MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats instead of my half dozen that i paid probably triple for. will not be ordering from here again

the 2star rating is based on my statistical experience. about 2/5 of the time its perfect... but the other 3/5 of the time there's random ridiculous issues. ex: Original Blend Iced Coffee, i order it with almond milk&less ice... ive gotten it with about ⅓ almond milk and/or ice... also with about a ½oz only and\or no ice. they also keep poorly representing their namesake, donuts this time i reordered via clicking the 'order again' pic... Specialty Donuts was certainly not what i expected nor intended... and unlike the prev order/pictured item. not at all worth extra money. even the description, which was just rewritten, is of 2 totally different donuts with no way to choose... theyve also mistakenly removed all donuts from the kenu a few times and calling them is also a gamble witt relatively similar odds of anyone answering.

We get donuts here often and I was surprised the available selections are different on the app. plain glazed donuts, for example, weren't listed today, but we order them often.
