Einstein Bagels is yummy however when you order certain types of bagels they dont let you know that they are out of your bagel and send you a random bagel. Also it would be nice if you could say no onions on the lox bagel.

Clearly these bagels are not baked fresh in house every day as they advertise. I ordered a toasted Everything bagel that was not toasted and tasted like a Sara Lee store bought bagel. The eggs on the breakfast sandwiches were ice cold and the all around flavor and quality was poor. Do yourself a favor and order from My Favorite Muffin. They are far superior.

Yeah I ordered the NEW! Country Bagels & Gravy Egg Sandwich and they just sent the bagel. Also the Cold Brew Shake, Large is not good and was 50% whipped cream... I also ordered 1 vanilla and 1 chocolate and we received two chocolates.

Maplehouse Egg Sandwich and Bacon, Avocado, & Tomato Egg White Sandwich are great as always but the Cold Brew was suuuper watered down and tasted like they didn't put the vanilla flavor in.

Orange juice was watered down. Requested a toasted bagel with butter. Bagel was barely toasted and butter didn't melt on bagel. Disappointing!
