Wrong Bagel, horribly made, 1 small slice of bacon. I love this place & normally you do a great job. But today was not at all good.

NEW! Maplehouse Egg Sandwich would've been good if it was made well. The egg was flat and overcooked. The bacon and sausage were barely cooked. Blob of cream cheese on one half of the bagel. Once I fixed it up, it was delicious!

I order from here 3 days a week because i really do love their bagels and sandwiches. No bagel compares to me. But occasionally theres always something missing or wrong. Last week I ordered two cinnamon raisin bagels with strawberry cream cheese and got two plain blueberry bagels. Today i ordered an iced mocha coffee which has whipped cream and chocolate drizzle and got iced black coffee. It just seems like little things they get lazy on and dont check. Once i ordered the fresh squeezed OJ and they left an empty cup on the counter so the driver just picked it up and dropped that off. That was in my opinion laziness on both parts. If you see the receipt says OJ or even just an empty cup verify and or ask the cashier to fill it up.
