All-Nighter Egg Sandwich was burnt to a crisp and had no aioli on it. Cold Brew, Large was only 2/3 filled. Disappointing all around.

We love Einste Bros products however we were so disappointed that the schmear on our bagels (a $2.27 upcharge per bagel) was basicall non existent. If youre going to have a bagel & cream cheese for breakfast you want the cream cheese to exist.

Ordered an Iced Chai Tea Latte and what we got was an iced tea. When I called the store 5 times to report the problem the answering machine kept hanging up on me. Poor customer service.

They put our Applewood Bacon & Cheddar Egg Sandwich on a Cinnamon bagel and our Pizza Bagel (Pepperoni) on a blue berry bagel.I would have preferred they had just canceled those items so I'm not stuck with 20$ worth of inedible food. The hash brown was mushy inside. The only good thing about our meal was the chips, the Chai Tea Latte, and at least someone got to enjoy the Deli Ham & Swiss Sandwich. This was my first time ordering and I was really excited. Just very disappointed.
