Only 2 very thin, short, slivers of bacon in this sandwich. I literally had to search for it between the egg, ham, cheese and shmear.

Bagels are tasty nicely toasted but service is inconsistent. Condiments with the.coffee come only 25% of the time even when I call to ask. Smear never consistent sometimes it is as thick as the bagel sometimes barely covers the bagel. Need some guidance by management for consistency and customer service.

The store took forever to prepare our order. It was supposed to take between 15-25 minutes to get our food and it took an hour just to make some bagel sandwiches. The Twice-Baked Hashbrown was not good.

guys the cinnamon raisin bagel with honey almond cream cheese is like the best thing ive ever eaten it is so effing good if you like a not too sweet but still sweet bagel , vanilla iced latte is also bomb , if there is a world without einstein bagels i dont wanna live in it

Overall, the bagel was good...but it needed more cinnamon. Also..I was tasting other bagel flavors that I didn't want on the cinnamon sugar bagel..like onion and stuff. Perhaps the Bagels are touching each other too much.
